- Applicant must complete an application through the website.
- Applicant must schedule and attend their first dinner through the application or with the Membership Coordinator with at least 24 hours notice.
- Applicant must schedule and attend their second dinner with the Membership Coordinator with at least 24 hours notice.
- Applicant submits an official interest (with an optional room preference), move-in date, and a background check
- 48 Hour Blackball and Call to Vote are initiated within 24 hours
- Applicant is given a response after Blackball and Call to Vote are complete (YES or NEEDS REVIEW)
- If the application needs review due to Blackball or Background Check, the board must review and give an answer within 1 week or they are automatically accepted.
- If the application needs review due to a Call to Vote, the house must vote and give an answer within 1 week or they are automatically accepted.
- If two applicants submitted an official interest on the same day and there is only one vacancy, priority is given to the applicant who submitted their original application first.
- Applicant is invited to move in at scheduled date
- Applicant must pay their deposit, membership fee, and sign an electronic lease within 3 days of co-op response
- Applicant may request a room, which can be reserved while vacant for a maximum of 2 weeks at the co-op's discretion
- Applicant must pay the first month's rent within 3 days of their move-in date unless otherwise arranged with the Treasurer
