1. Smoking is allowed on patios, decks, and exterior grounds.
2. There will be no smoking of any kind indoors at HAUS. It's a fire hazard and can damage minisplit ACs. Smoking indoors is grounds for eviction.
   • Vaping is not technically smoking, but it may still release noxious chemicals, so ask those around you for permission first
3. Smokers (whether members or guests) are asked to depose of all cigarette butts responsibly and refrain from littering. Take responsibility for emptying ashtrays into the trash bins if you use them.
