MemCo handles the process from the initial email or application until the new member orientation, lease maintenance, and move out procedure. They are the face of the co-op and the contact person for all potential members.
Provide information to applicants in a timely manner and help them through entire the process
*Application Process and Policy
Perform Check-In and Check-Out inspection with members, distribute/collect room keys, and ensure door code is updated
Ensure that each member goes through an orientation within their first week at HAUS
Ensure that each member's lease is up to date and the airtable reflect current and upcoming vacancies
In the unfortunate case that a member's lease must be terminated, MemCo will work with the Board to go through the process
